Until Adeptive, Jeff had spent his entire 26-year career at Kiln/Tokio Marine Kiln on the underwriting side of the business. As the Head of US Wholesale Property and lead underwriter on many of the major US MGA contracts in Lloyd’s, he underwrote and was responsible for one of the largest, and most widely respected US property portfolios in the market. Alongside James, he was a board director for both WNC First Insurance Services and NAS Insurance Services in the USA and was instrumental in delivering Tokio Marine Kiln’s US growth plans.
